Tiger Town Tavern Daily Specials for the week of Feb.18-Feb.22 Monday – “Redneck Ribeye” Hamburger Steak-- A fresh 6 oz. all beef hamburger steak grilled to perfection and covered with sautéed mushrooms & onions, then smothered with our own home made brown gravy. Served with French fries Tuesday – Marty’s Spicy Hoagie – Seared sausage cooked with peppers and onions in a spicy tomato sauce and topped with spicy jack cheese. Serves on a hoagie roll with French fries and a pickle wedge !!! Wednesday – Stuffed Bell Peppers – Fresh bell peppers halved, cleaned, and stuffed with a home made ground beef and rice stuffing, covered with jack and cheddar cheeses, and baked. Served with a tossed salad and garlic bread !!! Thursday – Marinated Flank Steak – Whole flanks marinated in our own home made marinade, grilled to perfection, and diagonally sliced and piled high over wild rice with au jus. Served with steamed vegetables and a dinner roll !!! Friday - BBQ Sandwich – Our own home cooked pork, hand pulled and simmered in TTT’s own special recipe BBQ sauce heaped high on a fresh onion roll and served with French fries and cole slaw !!! Or Friday- Vegetarian 5 Cheese Lasagna – A traditional vegetarian lasagna featuring Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano, and Provolone cheeses served with a tossed salad and garlic bread !!!
